About Freedom Way Living, LLC
Freedom Way Living, LLC was born from a desire to give people a second chance—especially those society overlooks, like seniors, veterans, and folks coming out of hardship. Freedom Way Living isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to rebuild, creating a healing environment built on dignity, structure, and support. The name ‘Freedom Way Living’ came from the idea that everyone deserves to live in freedom—freedom from instability, fear, and feeling forgotten. ‘Way’ stands for direction, a path forward. It’s not just a house; it’s a stepping stone to something better.
Located in Seneca, South Carolina, Freedom Way Living is different from other independent living communities by intentionally serving veterans, seniors, and those transitioning from homelessness—people often overlooked in traditional housing systems. Rent includes water, electricity, and internet—making it easier for residents to budget and focus on their next steps without hidden fees. We prioritize respect, cleanliness, and peace in our homes where every resident is treated like family. Hands-on management ensures residents feel cared for.
At Freedom Way Living, the atmosphere is peaceful, respectful, and rooted in healing. We create a home-like environment where residents feel safe, seen, and supported. Each person has their own space to rest and reflect, but there’s also room for connection. It’s like being part of a supportive extended family where everyone’s journey is different, but no one is alone.

Our Mission
Our mission is to build a legacy of healing, stability, and opportunity. In the next 5–10 years, we envision multiple homes across the region serving veterans, seniors, and people transitioning from homelessness, all within a fully self-sustaining community model. Through partnerships with local organizations, churches, and mental health providers, we aim to offer wraparound support, career-building resources, financial literacy programs, and wellness workshops. We want Freedom Way Living to become a recognized name that symbolizes compassionate, safe, and dignified transitional housing across the state—and eventually nationwide—a place where broken cycles are healed, lives are restored, and hope becomes a lifestyle.
